Maintenance Supervisor 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in delivering high-quality technical services and customer support. This role is critical in ensuring scheduled mechanical maintenance is performed effectively, while also supporting unplanned activities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and schedule technical labor and workshop services for mechanical maintenance in line with the annual plan.

• Adjust maintenance intervals based on OEM recommendations.

• Prepare and deliver maintenance management reports.

• Provide technical support and advice to teams and stakeholders.

• Perform troubleshooting and rectify minor defects; escalate and report major defects to the responsible department.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.

• Supervise maintenance activities on-site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Lead and oversee Wärtsilä employees during maintenance operations.

• Ensure compliance with customer policies and procedures.

• Provide timely progress updates and reporting.

Development Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement processes for handling unplanned maintenance activities.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the EDL MRM contract deliverables and ensure successful execution at site.
