What are your main task and responsibilities?

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, arrange couriers and send mail as required
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges & PPE as required)
  • Order stationery and office/kitchen consumables, and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and kitchen area
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Organize and booking of Company events
  • Custodian of office hardware/equipment (laptop, mobile, monitor, etc)
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other general administrative duties to the business as required

 

What do we expect from you?

A. Education:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.  

 

B. Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
