Senior Site Manager

Your main responsibilities are

  • Prepare site mobilization and execution plan.
  • Manage site administration, organization and resource plan.
  • Advise in installation activities planning and coordination.
  • Manage site execution schedule and follow the progress of activities.
  • Ensure local laws and regulations are followed.
  • Ensure site induction is carried out for all personnel working at site.
  • Organize meetings at site.
  • Establish and maintain good site reporting practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of work progress reports.
  • Highlight the economical construction and cost saving working procedures.
  • Manage site budget and costs.
  • Participate in subcontracting and local purchases.
  • Safeguard the compliance with Quality and HSSE policies and minimize risks at site execution.
  • Ensure the quality control at site.
  • Manage site demobilization activities.
  • Ensure that contractual requirements are fulfilled, and the project is handed over to the customer.

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • BSc or MSc level degree or equivalent work experience from electrical field
  • Solid experience of Site Manager and/or Project Manager duties for 5-10 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate highly complex engineering, construction and operational issues
  • Understanding of Inverter, Converter, Transformer, Battery, Circuit breaker, Fuse, AC/DC power supply electrical equipment.
  • Understanding of utility generation project engineering, construction, and commissioning practices.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time
