Wärtsilä BLRT Estonia OÜ opens a vacancy for Accountant/Estimator in Tallinn office.  




  • Accurate & timely reporting and management of accounting documents.
  • Keeping records of orders and their economic figures.



  • Processing and managing accounting documents.
  • Checking travel expense reports.
  • Data collection and submission of tax declarations.
  • Order estimation and preparation of commercial offers.
  • Keeping records of actual work volumes and materials.
  • Project cost analyses - actual vs budget. 
  • WIP calculations.
  • Communication with relevant stakeholders during the project.
  • Provide ad-hoc and internal reports according to the schedule. Statistical reporting.
  • Preparation of acts and invoicing.



  • Accountant qualification and work experience in an industrial or manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge and practice in order calculations.
  • Good Russian language skills.
  • English and Estonian skills on a satisfactory level.
  • Computer skills (Office 365).
  • Experience with the Business Central program (preferably)
  • Correctness, accuracy, and conscientiousness.
  • Good communication skills and readiness for teamwork.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to estimate and plan own workload.
