Wärtsilä BLRT Estonia OÜ opens a vacancy for a Service Mechanic located in Tallinn.  

Responsibilities:

- Perform Service activities according to the work plan

- Perform smaller inspection/defect detection, basic scheduled repairs

- Assist and support Service Engineers during the execution of repair and overhaul jobs

- Perform basic supporting tasks (e.g. cleaning, lifting, moving and protecting components) in accordance with the instructions

- Measure parts and components, record the measurement data on the relevant document

- Report executed work according to Wärtsilä standards

- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila QEHS guidelines and customer site procedures

- Promote Wärtsilä Products and Services

- Report any near misses, hazardous conditions

Requirements for the candidate:

- Basic technical/mechanical schooling and work experience in the related environment

- Solution-oriented

- Willingness to work in a team

- Responsible and accurate

- Discipline

- Willingness to travel

- English and/or Russian language skills
