Service Coordinator

We are now looking for a 

 

Service Coordinator

 

to join our Underwater Services Team working for a better future. 

 

The preferred location for the position is in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.

 

What you will be doing 

 

As Service Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Coordinating and reporting day-to-day service operations and activities
  • Ensuring customer service levels are met and service standards maintained, according to contract and customer requirements as well as quality, health, safety and environmental and cost targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all activities
  • Coordinate single and/or standard Field Service work orders. 
  • Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for the work order. 
  • Act as contact person for customer during the work order. 
  • Interact with relevant internal stakeholders. 
  • Follow-up and report the status of the work order to customer or relevant internal stakeholders

 

To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 

 

  • Minimal secondary vocational education, with maritime & logistics background 
  • Minimal 3 year expierence in relevant field of service coordination. 
  • Experience with Project Management, coordination, or similar roles
  • Technical understanding or background and general knowledge
  • Reporting and analysing skills
  • Be proactive, curious, solution driven, cooperative, initiative, positive, flexible
  • Able to prioritize workload with support of own manager
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication
