Account Manager, Energy Business

We are looking for Account Manager, Energy Business in Japan. This is a permanent opportunity and its location is primarily Tokyo, Japan. You will be a member of our Energy Services Regional Operations North & South East Asia team and a key person in our organization to drive service business growth for our rapidly increasing installed base.

What will you be doing:
As 
Account Manager, Energy Business, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationship with assigned customers and prospects
  • Lead account team members
  • Cross collaboration with all the internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customers inquiries / orders / complaints promptly, satisfactorily handled by all the internal stakeholders
  • Perform Customer Experience Management, customer satisfaction survey, and elaborate action plans based on feedback from assigned customers in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare all visiting plan in CRM for next 2 weeks
  • Visit customers and prospects frequently
  • Complete quality visit report in CRM for each visit
  • Report & record sales activities in CRM
  • Prepare and update capture plans for retaining, expanding and developing business
  • Maintain customers and installations data

Education :

Ideal candidate has an BSc or MSc degree in Business or Engineering

 

 

Experience :

Work experience as a team player, who is comfortable brainstorming, creating, and delivering information and material to both small and large groups of internal and external stakeholders
