主な業務：

• 担当顧客および見込み客の受注・売上・利益の最大化並びに債権回収
• 定期的な顧客訪問とCRMへの活動記録
• 顧客満足度の向上
• 社内・海外を含む関係部署外との連携を通じた迅速な顧客対応

求める人物像：

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750以上）
• 大卒以上
• 顧客（B2B）向け営業経験が5年以上ある方
• チームメンバー・海外を含む関係部署・顧客との関係を持続するコミュニケーション能力
• 仕事に前向きで交渉力があり、問題を解決する力・コスト意識の高い方
• 目標達成のために周囲を巻き込むスキル、行動をともなう計画力、決断力のある方
• 顧客視点・客観的に物事を考察する能力及び人の話を“聴く”力のある方
• 日本のビジネス文化を理解し、エネルギーソリューションに情熱を持てる方

Hiring: Account Manager (Energy Business)

Location: Tokyo or Kobe 

We are looking for someone who will help realize a sustainable energy society by deepening trust with customers and expanding our business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maximize order intake, sales, and margin for assigned customers and prospects

• Improve customer satisfaction and ensure timely collection of receivables

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly

• Conduct regular customer visits and record all activities in CRM

• Develop existing accounts and expand new business opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Business-level Japanese and English (TOEIC 750 or above)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred

• Minimum 5 years of customer engagement experience

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive mindset

• Understanding of Japanese business culture and passion for energy solutions
