Account Manager

Accountabilities :
-    Order intake
-    Sales & sold margin for assigned customers and prospects
-    Achieve targets for revenue and margin within personal budget
-    Customer satisfaction
-    Collecting receivable in a timely manner

 

Your main responsibilities are

-    Maintain and develop relationship with assigned customers and prospects
-    Lead account team members
-    Cross collaboration with all the internal stakeholders
-    Ensure customers inquiries / orders / complaints promptly, satisfactorily handled by all the internal stakeholders
-    Perform Customer Experience Management, customer satisfaction survey, and elaborate action plans based on feedback from assigned customers in order to improve customer satisfaction
-    Prepare all visiting plan in CRM for next 2 weeks
-    Visit customers and prospects frequently
-    Complete quality visit report in CRM for each visit
-    Report & record sales activities in CRM
-    Prepare and update capture plans for retaining, expanding and developing business
-    Maintain customers and installations data

 

You will shine in this role when you have:-    Fluency in Japanese as well as English ( written and verbal ) and TOEIC score should be more than 750.
-    Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
-    Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

-    Ability to build cross-functional relationships, collaborate across cultures and coordinate with other business functions.

Education :
-    Ideal candidate has an BSc or MSc degree in Business or Engineering

 

Experience :
-    Strong experience in customer engagement ( minimum 5 years ).
-    Work experience as a team player, who is comfortable brainstorming, creating, and delivering information and material to both small and large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
