Agreement Coordinator

Accountabilities:

  • To support agreement managers and make sure that all the scheduled as well as unscheduled maintenance can be completed within the time frame set with agreement customers every time.
  • To create maintenance work schedule including the entire schedule of each maintenance as well as plan for each day, work procedure and safety measure planning sheet, risk assessment sheet and maintenance team setup sheet including team members list for assigned agreements at least one ( 1 ) month prior to execution.
  • To review and update spare parts list for upcoming scheduled maintenance with maintenance planners once requested.
  • To create a list of all the necessary spare parts for unscheduled maintenance and share it with agreement coordinators so that they can place orders to GLS immediately.
  • To coordinate with sub-contractors to secure required recourse for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. 
  • To be a point of contact from field service engineers during execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.  

 

What will you be doing:

As an agreement coordinator, you are responsible for successful execution of assigned agreements.  Success is defined by on time and within budget delivery, according to the contracted requirements, and also stakeholders' satisfaction.  This requires a solid hands-on experience in engine overhaul, technical background, ability to understand our contractual obligation as well as customers' business and requirement.

  • Act as a core team member and manage assigned agreements with agreement managers as well as Expertise Centre.
  • Effectively support customers, agreement managers and field service engineers.
  • Continuously improve maintenance plan, work procedure, safety measure planning sheet and risk assessment sheet with all the stakeholders.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or hands-on experience in engine overhaul work for the minimum of 5 years as a service engineer.
  • Fluent level of Japanese in written and spoken and good level of English in written.
  • The minimum of 5 years’ experience in engine operations and maintenance and the minimum of 5 years’ experience in energy industry.
