当社のエンジンが納入されている発電所の安定的な稼働と収益を確保するポジションです。

主な業務：

• 担当契約の中・長期メンテナンス契約の履行及び担当メンテナンス契約の収益状況の定期的報告
• 担当メンテナンス契約の履行に必要なコミュニケーションを顧客及び社内外の関係部署並びに

協力会社と積極的にとり、問題に直面した場合は速やかにその解決策を社内外の関係部署と共に

策定し、必要に応じ、水平展開を図る

• 顧客のニーズ・課題を理解し、その解決策を提案し、売上増及び収益拡大に努める
• 製品及びメンテナンス契約の改善点を本社側にフィードバック
• 顧客満足度の向上

求める人物像：

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750以上）
• 機械工学系のバックグラウンド、または発電所での実務経験5年以上
• 顧客（B2B）との折衝経験が5年以上ある方
• チームメンバー・海外を含む関係部署・協力会社・顧客との関係を持続するコミュニケーション能力
• 仕事に前向きで交渉力があり、問題を解決する力・コスト意識の高い方
• 目標達成のために周囲を巻き込むスキル、行動をともなう計画力、決断力のある方
• 顧客視点・客観的に物事を考察する能力及び人の話を“聴く”力のある方
• 日本のビジネス文化を理解し、エネルギーソリューションに情熱を持てる方

Hiring: Agreement Manager (Energy Business)

Location: Tokyo or Kobe 

We are looking for someone who will help realize a sustainable energy society by building long-term partnerships with customers and driving performance improvements at power plants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and operational performance of assigned agreements

 • Identify and solve customer challenges through proactive proposals

 • Improve customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• Business-level Japanese and English (TOEIC 750 or above)

 • Background in mechanical engineering or 5+ years of practical experience at power plants

 • 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience

 • Someone who takes ownership and acts proactively
