We are looking for a Agreement Manager to join our team working for a sustainable future. The preferred location for this position is in Tokyo or Kobe, Japan, with the flexibility of remote working options.

Accountabilities:

Commercial and overall performance of assigned agreements including renewals, upselling, and lifecycle margin.

Operative and technical performance of customer power plants, identification of customer pain points and addressing those with corrective actions.

Customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned agreement customers.

Proactively communicate with assigned agreement customers to ensure all pain points are identified and all needs are addressed.

Proactively propose new solutions, performance improvement programs and upgrades to assigned agreement customers to ensure increased reliability, availability, and efficiency of power plants.

Ensure trustable estimations / forecasts according to lifetime as well as annual budgets / estimations and comply with contractual obligations.

Cross collaboration with Expertise Centre as well as local field services team.

Perform Customer Experience Management, customer satisfaction survey, and elaborate action plans based on feedback from assigned agreement customers in order to improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Japanese as well as English ( written and verbal ) and TOEIC score should be more than 750.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive and open minded approach.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, collaborate across cultures and coordinate with other business functions.
- Be passionate when it comes to energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions.
- Ability to focus on right things, take ownership and make things happen.
- Ability and willingness to solve problems in a prompt and positive manner, and reinforce sustainable relations with all the internal / external stakeholders.
- Financial understanding and cost/revenue/margin planning ( ideal ).
- Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering or hands-on maintenance experience at power plants for the minimum of 5 years.
- Direct customer facing experience for the minimum of 5 years.
