Assembly Worker

We are looking for Assembly Workers to join our Production team. This is a permanent opportunity and its location is Toyama, Japan.

 

Your main responsibilities are

　・Visual, functional, and dimensional inspection of products.

　・Cleaning of products.

　・Assembly of products.

　・Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.

　・Provide initial response and troubleshooting when equipment abnormalities occur.

　・Perform quality checks and maintain production records.

　・Participate in continuous KAIZEN activities, 5S initiatives, risk assessments, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs.

◇Essential skills

　・Japanese communication skills

　・Read and written Japanese (native level)

◇ Preferred Qualifications

　・Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

　・Qualification/certification in Slinging  and Overhead Crane Operation.

　・ Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

　・ Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

　・Works effectively as part of a team and maintains a cooperative attitude.

　・Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

◇Working Hours

　・Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (60-minute break)

　・Shift 2: 4:55 PM - 1:55 AM (60-minute break)

　　※This position operates on a rotating shift schedule.

　・衛生組立作業

　・最終検査

　・5S、リスクアセスメントなどの環境･安全衛生活動

　・昼と夜の2交替勤務

◇必要なスキル

　・日本語でのコミュニケーション

　・日本語の読み書き（ネイティブレベル）

◇優先もしくは希望するスキル（資格）

　・玉掛け

　・クレーン運転業務 特別教育以上

　・ノギスやマイクロ測定機器の使用経験

・officeソフトなどのPC操作
