We are looking for Engineer, Engineering, Shaft Line Solutions Japan in Japan. This is a permanent opportunity and its location is Toyama, Japan.

What will you be doing:
As Engineer, Engineering, Shaft Line Solutions Japan, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions for product and service development actions from design and manufacturing point of view.
  • Engagement in design work for SLS-JP products and services
  • Gain the knowledge from Engineering and Production to improve products and services efficiency
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.

 

As an engineer in the Design Section of the Shaft Line Solutions Japan Engineering Department in the Toyama Plant, you will be engaged in the development and design of products and services.

Subordinate Deployment: Design Section of the Technical Department

  1. Development and design of stern tube seals and bearing products and services

  2. Specification meetings with customers, presentation of products and services

 

Expected Skills:

  • Graduated from a university or technical college or above
  • PCスキル(MS Office
  •  Analytical skills such as structural analysis and fluid analysis
  • Mechanical design skills (experience using 3D CAD preferred)
  • Native-level Japanese and English skills (intermediate level) 

 

Team & Organizational Structure

17 managers, 3 women, 14 men. Teamwork is strong and a culture of mutual help is deeply rooted.
