What will you be doing:
As S&B Design, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
As the S&B Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and refining technical designs and solutions to meet project specifications and objectives.
You will ensure the efficiency of the design process, improve quality, and meet deadlines, and collaborate with other related parties.
- Product design and development
Executing design work according to plan and maintaining its quality and effectiveness.
Having basic operational and technical knowledge within seals and bearing discipline.
Also, refines current engineering procedures, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. - Customer relations
Communicate with customers on-site or remotely as needed to clarify technical issues both individual projects and general matters. - Quality control
Improve design quality and establish and maintain a quality control process. Contribute design reviews to ensure product reliability and safety. - Collaboration with other internal sections
Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to address day-to-day engineering needs and challenges.
Expected Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in mechanical design and development
- Experience using CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge of quality control methods
- In-depth knowledge of the product development process (if there is)
- Experience working on-site (if there is)
