◇Position Overview
This position is an opening in the Production Engineering Section of the Manufacturing Department within the Production Control Division, created to fill a vacancy due to retirement. You will work in a new, bright office with a free‑address seating system, offering an environment that allows for focused work while also encouraging smooth and open communication. Women are encouraged to apply.
◇Your main responsibilities are
・Create 2D/3D CAD drawings for jigs and fixtures, and convert CAD data from the Engineering Department into CAM‑compatible data
・Create, edit, and manage machining programs using CAM software
・Monitor production process progress and provide operational support using SAP (FIORI)
・Weekend or holiday work may be required; compensatory time off is generally provided
・Support and participate in production improvement activities within the department
◇Essential skills
・Japanese communication skills
・Read and written Japanese (native level)
◇Priority or desired skills (licence)
・Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, FeatureCAM, and Vault
・Experience with SAP FIORI
・Experience with Microsoft Office
