Your main responsibilities are
- Planning Management
-
- Formulation and management of annual and mid-term plans, including progress and performance tracking
- Development of production plans and adjustment of workload and delivery schedules
- Analysis of variances between planned and actual results, and proposal of improvement measures
- Preparation and presentation of planning and performance reports
- Cost Control and Order Management
-
- Reflection of parts orders (stock management) into planning
- Organization of NB (New Build) and Retrofit order information and integration into plans
- Support for quotation preparation and clarification of planning assumptions
- Improvement of planning accuracy through BOM registration and configuration management
- Monitoring of plan execution status through creation and management of production orders
- Data Management and Analysis

- Management and maintenance of planning and actual performance data
- Data extraction and aggregation from SAP and other systems
- Visualization and analysis using tools such as Power BI
You will shine in this role when you have:
- Speaker of Japanese
- Knowledge and experience of

- Developing rubber material
- Evaluation and testing rubber material
- using testing tools and facilities
- Ability and experience in planning, conducting and analyzing examinations, and compiling the results into reports
- Overhead traveling Crane and Slinging (as ideally)
- Dimensional inspection tools (as ideally)
