Sales Expertise, Sales Support

We are looking for Sales Expertise, Sales Support in Japan. This is a permanent position, and its primary location is Toyama, Japan.

What will you be doing (業務内容):

As Sales Expertise, Sales Support, your work will focus on these responsibilities:


1. Sales support for Wartsila SLS-JP products to global market (Commercial & Technical support) バルチラシャフトラインソリューションズ日本工場の製品のグローバルへ展開のサポート業務

2. Technical specifications and proposal discussion support of SLS-JP products バルチラシャフトラインソリューションズ日本工場の製品について顧客並びにNWCとの検討、提案サポート

3. Projects Management New Product management, Products Cost Reduction, Products Rationalization, etc. Projects managements 新製品販売推進、プロダクトコスト削減、プロダクト最適化等のスペシャルプロジェクトのマネジメント業務

4. MarketingBusiness Intelligence, Analysis of competitors 次世代のどのような製品がお客様のニーズを満たし、お客様は当社製品に どのようなFeedbackを持っているか、自社、他社その他の組織データの分析、収集・蓄積・報告業務

5. Boost Sales セールス強化(直接にお客様を訪問、セールス活動業務)


Requirements (Mandatory) 応募時の必須条件:

- Marine Industry Experience of at least 5 years (Maker experience is acceptable) 5年以上マリン業界の経験 (メーカー経験可)

- ENGLISH-business / JAPANESE - business 英語ビジネスレベル / 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

- Team Player チームワーク能力 - Positive and can-do attitude, Responsible, 責任感、積極的な問題解決能力

- Analytical skills &Affection with numbers 分析能力、数字に敏感であること


Requirements (Preferred) あれば尚可の条件:

- Sales or Sales support or Marketing Experience セールス或いはセールスサポート或いはマーケティングの職務経験

- SAP experience is considered as advantage SAP経験

- Seals & Bearings Experience シールズ&ベアリングズ業界経験




- Bachelor level from business/technical University or equivalent 大卒以上など


Other point:

Sales support team is one of the most important team in sales management department. We will support salespeople all over the world in Wartsila and will study the latest technology of Seals & Bearings for stern tube which is one of the most important equipment on the vessel. セールスサポートチームはセールスマネジメント部にある最も重要なチームのひとつであり、バルチラの全世界のセールスにサポートする役割を持っています。船尾管シールとベアリングのもっとも最新の技術を学ぶことができ、マリン業界にも重要な役割を立てることとなります。
