Technical Support Engineer

Accountabilities:

- Manage smooth activities in own responsibility area together with internal team members.

- Ensure that activities (such as quality management, engineering, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, construction and installation) are performed according to technical solution, contract and or customer requirements.

- Smooth cooperattion among internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate in customer and / or stakeholder negotiations and maintain good customer and / or stakeholder relationships.

- 社内関係各所との円滑な業務処理対応

- 技術的根拠、契約/顧客要求に基づく内容(品質管理、技術、購買、輸送、製造、取付)に対しての業務処理対応

- 社内外の利害関係者との円滑な協力関係の維持

- 顧客等利害関係を含めた交渉等に対応することによる、顧客等との良好な関係維持

 

Main Responsibilities:

- Approaching to customers directly with having engineering base knowledge

- Provide technical solutions for the products currently been used in customer place.

- Handle nonconformity and warranty issues with technical knowledge.

- Plan and execute activities with the total costs, schedule, quality and customer needs in focus.

- 技術的知識を持っての客先とのコンタクト

- 客先で使用中の製品に対しての技術的対応

- 不適合や保証事案に対しての技術対応を含めた対応

- 全体コスト、スケジュール、品質、顧客要求の全体を俯瞰した状況判断による業務対応

 

Development Responsibilities:

- Keep/improve communication and image to Wartsila through smooth handling of non-conformity and/or warranty issues.

-不適合や保証事案を円滑に処理対応することによる顧客とのコミュニケーション向上、及びバルチラに対してのイメージ向上

 

 

Education:

Knowledge of

Mechanical Engineering

Naval Architecture / Maritime Technology / or similar (as idealy)

Experience of customer claim handling (as ideally)

機械工学に関する知識

造船工学、海事技術に関する知識(希望として)

顧客クレームの対応に関しての経験(希望として)
