We are currently looking for a
Logistics Supervisor, Material Supply, Shaft Line Solutions Japan

 

General Purpose of Job:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to day activities of logistics team in a safe way reaching agreed quality, delivery time and cost targets.

 

Main Responsibilities:
Delivery handling (Documentation, e-mail, track, check, carrier/air handle) 国内外出荷書類(invoice, packing list, contents list, label, shipping advice )作成 Import handling (Documentation, custom, check) 免税通関手続(custom clearance)
24/7 delivery (発生ベース)
Delivery insurance (保険付保 Monthly)

Arranging for trucks

SAP processing (出荷処理、POD等)
Invoice handling (間接費請求書 using FI Invoice system)
Indirect purchasing (出荷用梱包材発注)
Compare/negotiate the price with carrier (Yearly base)
Inventory handling for rubber シールリング在庫(消費期限管理含む) 在庫調整
JP08 inventory handling Wärtsilä Deutschland GmbH(ドイツハンブルグ)にある欧州向け出荷用在庫管理・調整)
Inventory counting 棚卸し (四半期・年1回)

English skill needed for communication, make delivery documentation.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to day activities team in a safe way reaching agreed quality, delivery time and cost targets.
- Supervise and maintain HSE activities.
- Ensure that the required documentations are created to relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and ensure short-term capacity in defined area of responsibility.
- Participate in developing day-to-day logistics activities in defined area of responsibility.
- Develop and coach own team.

 

 

What do we expect from you?
Requirements (Mandatory): 

Japanese - Native English- High school

 

Requirements (Preferred):
SAP experience 

Experience of negotiation with supplier
Purchasing, Delivery control, Vendor control, quality control, Inventory management
