We are now looking for a Trainee to join our Confidential Data Platform Team working on our Platform development. The position is temporary for 6 months and can be renewed. The preferred location for the position is in Trieste, Italy.

 

Job scope:

In this position your work will include acquiring internal field service working procedures and applying them inside the platform. You will also work to define, develop and implement, together with the Team, the way of working of CDP, by collecting and managing company and employees’ documentation in compliance with GDPR.  Working on this project requires a high level of independency maintaining high support from the team.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to understand GDPR and experience from working with Windows Office tools and SharePoint.

As an ideal candidate, after this experience, you will gain teamworking experience on projects like this one, Wartsila Field Service way of working, Company dynamics, procedures and values.

 

As CDP trainee your work will focus on these responsibilities:

-              Manage and organize Field service and Company documentation

-              Define and develop ways of working and targets about CDP projects

-              Verify and apply GDPR compliance into CDP platform

-              Organize the activity with internal and external stakeholders

 

 To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

-              Window Office competencies

-              GDPR knowledge

-              Good level of English

-             Proactive mindset

 

In this role, some travel is required to meet our colleagues in Italy. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
