We are looking for a Project Manager to join Customer Delivery team in Power Supply business with focus on the South Europe and Africa region. The selected candidate will be in the lead of an interdisciplinary project team that will start its work process from supporting the sales activities in own area of the project until warranty end. 


The Project Manager is responsible for the complete delivery project and is also the primary contact towards customer and main stakeholders.

The preferred location for the position is Trieste, Italy. The position is permanent.


What will you be doing?


  • Lead and manage projects in compliance with Corporate Project Management Methodology and Business Directives, ensuring that the benefits of the project deliverables meet business objectives
  • Develop plans for projects.
  • Report the status of projects as well as ensure that the status is according to approved project plans
  • Ensure that project related risks are properly followed up and reported
  • Maintain and develop internal and external relationships and ensure that projects fulfil stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure that the lessons learned are collected and communicate best practices within the organization


You will shine in this role when you have:


  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (or similar)
  • Project management experience
  • Applicant must have good English communication skills, be motivated, organized, self-sufficient, personable, curious, and able to complete tasks without strict oversight
  • Passion for innovation, ability to adapt to fasting changing market demands, working independently and as a team member
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues and initiatives
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with global team from different backgrounds
  • A dedication and commitment to results in a dynamic and fast developing environment
  • Knowledge of design and manufacturing process and techniques is preferred
  • Knowledge in marine product
  • Knowledge on creating and managing project requirements
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, peers, subordinates, vendors, shop and office in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial drive with hunter mind-set
  • Flexible and willing to adapt and learn
  • Availability to travel when needed
