We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Manager, Talent Supply to collaborate with the Voyage business leaders and implement a world class recruitment strategy to attract the best talent into the business at the right time.



Purpose of the role:

Joining the Voyage HR team the Senior Manager, Talent Supply will be the go-to contact for the Voyage leadership team for all APAC recruitment, driving the achievement of our Voyage business strategy through internal & external talent acquisition strategies so that the Voyage organization is most effective and enabled to deliver.


Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse the BU workforce plan, formulate and manage the fulfilment of hiring and staffing goals by hiring external and grow internal talent. 
  • Accountability for driving specific key initiatives end-to-end, be it the ownership of our interview training, internal mobility or interview demand planning programs, as well as help identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Use their domain expertise to recruit key or critical roles for BUs, and coordinate with Central Recruitment for roles being sourced as a service from the central team. The Senior Manager, Talent Supply not only focuses on the external market, but knows the internal talent market just as well.
  • Utilise their domain expertise across to recruit key or critical roles for BUs and build strong partnerships with other Talent Supply Partners and the Central Recruitment team to proactively identify opportunities for further process improvement (e.g. Hiring Committee structure).
  • Provide the Voyage leadership team external market data and trends, with insights on potential recruitment impacts.
  • Set up a best in class external supplier PSL to be used as additional candidate sourcing resource.
  • Coach and mentor business leaders on talent related topics, for example interview training.
  • Make data driven decisions around key metrics and talent related strategies.


Key Requirements:  

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have -

  • Talent Acquisition experience across the APAC region, either inhouse or agency.
  • You have proven experience recruiting competitive talent in both tech and business support fields.
  • Proven experience successfully using head hunting techniques / active sourcing tools to proactively attract candidates.
  • Coaching, team-building, conflict resolution and people management experience comes naturally to you.
  • English skills, both verbal and written, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to bring creative thinking when it comes to marketing Voyage positions, through specific recruitment channels to attract niche candidate profiles and using copywriting skills to create exciting ‘adverts.
  • You understand how to extract meaningful data and make sense of the story it tells.
  • Negotiating skills across internal stakeholders, candidates and suppliers.
