Junior Designer, Training Development

We are now looking for a JUNIOR DESIGNER to join our Agile TRAINING DEVELOPMENT team of nine colleagues working for a better future.

The location for the position is in Turku, Finland.


About the position

In this position, your work will include creation of training material for Wärtsilä’s products. On a typical day, you might be starting with eLearning project and end the day with working with 3D model or training illustration. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from your colleagues. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in technical drawings and experience from working with Teamcenter.

As an ideal candidate, you have gained understanding from Wärtsilä’s products and have a degree from engineering. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative and learn new skills. In this role, fluent written and spoken English is essential due to our communication language within Wärtsilä family.
