Technical Information Expert

We are now looking for a

Technical Information Expert

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Turku, but other locations in, Finland may also be considered – Helsinki and Vaasa

What you will be doing

As a Technical Information Expert you will create and maintain material and installation data in SAP and document database. You will be working closely with our design team, purchasing and lifecycle coordination and sales to ensure accurate technical information exists and participate on developing our documentation.

As the Technical Information Expert , your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Opening and maintaining ES&O material master and equipment data in SAP
• Performing tech ID tasks for parts sales
• Developing and maintaining ES&O lifecycle documentation
• Generating queries and reports from SAP for stakeholders, including sales history, pricing, and product information.
• Supporting part sales with material information

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or related field
• Understanding on bill of materials and technical documentation
• Good understanding of material master data and spare part documentation
• Experience on SAP and office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving work forward.
• Fluent English language skills, other languages skills are seen as an asset

(In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
