Background
We offer an interesting and challenging work environment in a fast growing marine and power plant agreement market. You will be a member of the area Contract Center Team. Contract Management has the delivery responsibility for three contract types: Operation and Maintenance Agreements, Maintenance Agreements, and Technical Management Agreements. Globally contract management covers over 500 installations on land and sea. Contract management supports our key accounts and is one of the strategic growth areas within Wartsila.

Position description
Agreement Delivery Coordinator will work closely with assigned team to support contract execution. This includes taking a proactive approach to ordering and delivering parts, securing resources, preparing tools shipments, and coordinating workshop components so that planned maintenance activities can be completed on time and without any obstacles. This requires continuous communication with the customer as well as other Wartsila departments and networks. While reacting timely to customer requests, maintaining cost efficiency is also required. 

Job tasks
•    Coordination of tools, spare parts and workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, visits or other activities. Coordinates activities within budget.
•    Coordination of Field Service resources for scheduled maintenance, visits or other unplanned activities.
•    Assist customer to prepare for scheduled maintenance.
•    Communicates the maintenance job progress with customer and internal contract core team. Applies project management skills to manage jobs.
•    Support customer with unscheduled maintenance requests, act accordingly to resolve as quickly as possible (escalate technical issues as needed)
•    Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requests. 
•    Works with customer to coordinate logistics of tools and parts, cabins, permits, Visa requirements for travel.
•    Works with Wartsila teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls. Assigns workshop locations. Works with workshops to get the components overhauled in time.
•    Review and approval of internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities. 
•    Work closely together with assigned team. Actively updates the contract manager of any important issues.
•    Problem solving, claim handling while ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
•    Proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status report, service work reports

Education
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant field

Experience
Two or more years experience and successful work in a similar role
