  • Respond to RFPs from account managers or customers within agreed turnaround time
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to expeditiously develop formal quote/proposal to RFPs.
  • Able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports and proposals
  • Capable of eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  •  Managing relationship with counterparts within the identified business lines, serving as value-added liaison to ensure we are working as a team.
  • Utilize CRM along with the sales team as the primary system for the sales process. Review for trends that indicate areas for improvement and opportunities.
  • CRM maintenance and management improvement of the sales funnel for all related business lines 
  • Constructively handle all customer concerns related to own area of influence.
  • Improve the offering and order intake for all related business line function sales, field service, spares parts, and projects
  • Proactive approach to cooperation and alignment with Field Service and workshop team
  • Improve the proposal quality and cooperation for multi-portfolio solutions
  • Ensure consistent proper Proposal tracking, documentation, and quality for all proposal produced by team


  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
  • Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations.
  • Exercises active listening, builds trust in networks and relationships.
  • English, Fluent
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Travel 20%
