(Senior) Agentic Automation Developer

We are looking for a (Senior) Agentic Automation Developer who will play a pivotal role in driving Agentic innovation within Wärtsilä Marine.

 

This position is essential for initiating Agentic and AI projects, being part of organizing hackathons, bootcamps, and workshops, leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) for AI initiatives, and supporting ongoing agentic automation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure the successful implementation and scaling of Agentic Automation solutions. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) for agentic automation initiatives to validate and demonstrate potential solutions
  • Initiate and support agentic automation projects from concept to implementation
  • Support and enhance ongoing AI agent projects and automations with agents to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation
  • Continuously enhance the way of working for implementing agentic automation
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong record of developing UiPath RPA, Agent, and IXP solutions
  • Strong record of developing UiPath agentic solutions
  • Strong automation experience with the UiPath platform
  • Strong technical expertise in AI platforms
  • Strategic vision and ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience utilizing LLMs
  • Experience in ERP solutions, preferably SAP
  • English skills, both written and spoken, required
