(Senior) Documentation engineer

We are now looking for a Documentation Engineer, Future Fuels Infra to strengthen the Testing&Validation Test Services team in its strive on building up future fuels systems for our products. 

 

Location:

The location for this position is Vaasa. The working location will be mostly our new Smart Technology Hub in Vaskiluoto. You can read more about the premises and ways of working on https://www.smarttechnologyhub.com/

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute project document management routines and best practices in product development and project support
  • Develop documentation environments for structured documentation
  • Ensuring proper handling of the project documents in document management system
  • Support internal users of document management, document collaboration tools, and structured authoring environment
  • To participate in developing and improving the way of working within his/her organisational area
  • To give and collect feedback regarding product documentation routines
  • Provide lessons learned initiatives for developing issues in own responsibility area

 

Requirements:
As an ideal candidate, you have the passion to contribute for technical solutions of sustainable fuels and products. You have energy to overcome obstacles and find out alternative ways.

 

The following skills, attitudes and background are beneficial:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant field of engineering or equal
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Motivation and genuine interest to work with technical documentation
  • A proactive, systematic, and organized way of working
  • Good skills in communication and self-management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and positive Can-Do mind-set
  • Knowledge in document control principles  
  • Knowledge in data handling
  • ATEX knowledge is seen as an advantage
