Assistant Coordinator, Invoicing & Export Documentation (12 month Fixed Term assignment)

We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator, Invoicing & Export Documentation to join the Invoicing & Export Documentation team in our newly forming Joint Venture in a rapidly growing renewable energy market. Find out more about our Joint Venture announcement HERE.
The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid work. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months (maternity leave cover).
Your role and responsibilities
As an Assistant Coordinator, Invoicing & Export Documentation you will be a part of our Invoicing & Export Documentation team which is accountable for on-time and accurate project invoicing as well as preparation and coordination of export documentation to secure smooth export and import for Energy Storage Business' projects
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

On-time and accurate project invoicing

Preparation, collection and coordination of export documentation as required under Commercial Sales Contract and payment instrument if any

Providing instructions for export clearance as well as following up that the export clearance is made and closed correctly

Providing instructions for both internal and external stakeholders regarding the shipment documents, export and import
-
procedures and requirements as well as documents required under documentary credit and other payment securities

Maintaining data and archives for internal and external stakeholders about shipments, export clearances and export documentation

Ensuring high quality, correctness, and accuracy in the responsibility areas as well as compliance towards tax and customs authorities
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

For operational requirement reasons, fluency in Finnish, English and Spanish is required. Other language skills will be seen as an advantage.

Good working understanding of Chinese e-book process

Good understanding of project business, project invoicing and payment terms used in project business

Previous work experience with tasks related to project invoicing, export documentation and export procedures

Good understanding of foreign trade, shipping documents, Incoterms, export and import procedures

Previous experience of energy storage projects

Training related to LC documents

SAP experience
-
Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and proactively

Commercial Education
