Wärtsilä Marine Power Solutions (MPS) Supply Management is looking for Business Controller. You will work in Supply Management Supplier Integration & Cost Control- team. In this position You work closely with Supply Management -management team.


The position is permanent and location can be any MPS main locations. Preferred locations Vaasa or Helsinki, Finland; Trieste, Italy or Drunen, Netherlands.

- Weekly and monthly KPI reporting
- Follow-up of Capex proposals, and create metrics for evaluation and reporting structure to support projects  respective teams involved
- Material cost development reporting
- Capacity Cost reporting of supply management teams
- Train Supply Management organization in FiCo related issues
- Work as an interface and in cooperation to the MPS controller team
- Co-operate with and support colleagues in an open, transparent way and with a friendly approach
- Develop own responsibility area according  to support Supply Management needs


- Education in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Flexibility and ability to work both in teams as well as independently
- Good communication skills
- Analytical way of work
- Problem solving and decision making
- Experience of PowerBI and Microsoft Access is a benefit
- Fluent skills in English and Finnish, both oral and written
