We are looking for a Coordinator, Invoicing & Export Documentation with a main responsibility for handling project invoicing and export documentation for Marine customer delivery projects within own responsibility area.
The position is a temporary parental leave replacement for 18 months. The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.
As a Coordinator, Invoicing & Export documentation, your main responsibilities are:
- On-time and accurate project invoicing
- Documentation required by Letter of Credit
- Preparation and coordination of export documentation as well as documents required for the customer’s import clearance procedures
- Ensuring high quality, correctness and accuracy in the responsibility areas as well as compliance with tax and customs authorities
Requirements for the position:
- Good understanding of foreign trade, Incoterms and VAT
- Good understanding of project business and payment terms used in international trade
- General understanding of the financial procedures and guidelines in Wärtsilä
- Good knowledge of SAP especially PS and SD modules
- Excellent cooperation, influencing, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong team player with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude with a customer focus
- Proactive, structured, problem-solving and goal-focused approach.
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- Commercial education (Bachelor’s degree)
- At least one year working experience from project invoicing and/or export documentation or trade finance
- Good command of English and Finnish or Swedish both in writing and speaking. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
