Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management

We are looking for two Coordinators, Parts Coordination Management to work in PCM Internal customers & Global Support – team.

One position is permanent and the other one is temporary until 31.5.2022. Both are located in Vaasa, Finland.

 

Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services (WGLS) manages the entire logistics chain of Wärtsilä OEM parts, from order intake to customer delivery.

To accomplish this, the team is built with three delivery functions; Parts Coordination Management (PCM), Parts Supply (PS) and Parts Delivery (PD).

Parts Coordination Management (PCM) works with both internal and external customers to support Parts offers, Order confirmations, as well as, providing critical information throughout this process to multiple stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities
- Acting as interface for spare part quotations, orders and other spare part related enquiries coming from internal stakeholders
- Follow-up and handling of parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving
- Identifying and reporting possible improvement areas in the way of working. 
- Other duties as requested by the superior

 

Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (technical or commercial) 
- Experience in customer service and experience within spare parts order & logistics is preferred.
- Fluent English language skills. Finnish and/or Swedish seen as extra benefit
