We are looking for a Coordinator to lead and coordinate a team of expert electricians at HUB engine test run at STH. The team is a support function responsible for the hands-on work with the electrical systems of the engine testing facilities. 

 

In this role you, assist the team of electricians to have clear tasks and priorities to perform their daily work towards the team’s strategic goal: “Electrical Systems Enable All Testing”. You also assist the operators and other stakeholders of the facility to reach their goals through the safe and reliable operation of the facility.

The location for this permanent position is in Sustainable Technology Hub, Vaasa.
  
What you will be doing:

 

  • Coordinate the Electricians daily work
  • Organize the work outside the very busy production schedule
  • Owner of teams work list
  • Line manager for the team
  • Write work instructions, risk assessments and work permits for electrical work
  • Interact with and assist many relevant stakeholders with emerging challenges
  • Ensure maintenance of electrical systems is performed as planned
  • Manage 5s and tidiness of the electrical working areas
  • Ensure safety of electrical work and systems
     

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience leading electrical work
  • Experienced electrician or electrical engineer, Bsc or Msc
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience
  • Good command in Finnish. Swedish is seen as an advantage
