Energy Services is a global organisation focusing on the complete lifecycle of our customers to ensure the efficiency and performance of their power plants.

 

The role of Energy Services is to develop our lifecycle services offering, drive the increased sales of long-term service agreements and lifecycle upgrade projects and develop our delivery capabilities for lifecycle services.

 

In Energy Services / Upgrades we are now looking for a coordinator or Senior Coordinator to join our Procurement & Logistics team to support project teams with invoicing, customs clearance and trade finance-related matters. 

 

Position information:

 

The location for this position is in Finland, Vaasa. The position is permanent.

 

Responsibilities:

 

In the coordinator role you will be responsible for the following activities:

 

 

  • Issuing of shipment documents (Invoice, packing lists, COO, A.TR)
  • Take care of the customs clearance documents that are closed and archived in M-files
  • Inform shipments to Intrastat reporting
  • Ensuring good sales order quality with project teams 
  • Final invoicing of the customers
  • Trade finance activities. Checking letters of credit and ensuring those are correct 
  • Down payment follow-up. Have we received payment from the customers

 

Requirements:

 

  • BBA education or similar
  • Customer based mindset
  • Preferable previous experience working with Invoicing, supply chain-related activities
  • Experience handling of Letter of credits
  • Experience handling of export declarations and closing of those 
  • Systematic way of working 
  • Problem-solving attitude 
  • Knowledge of VATs within international business and Incoterms
  • Previous knowledge and handling of the following tools SAP, Logwis, M-files and MS Office can be seen as a benefit
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish or Swedish
