We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist Infrastructure Security (senior) The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland, with the flexibility to travel as needed. This position is full-time and permanent.  We offer the possibility of hybrid work, however, regular presence is required at our Sustainable Technology Hub (STH) in Vaasa.
  
What you will be doing 

 
The Cyber Security Specialist for infrastructure security will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and advanced support of the OT&IT infrastructure security across the company, in alignment with our Cyber Security objectives.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's security initiatives while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support implementation and continuous development of Asset Management, including asset discovery tools, processes, and asset data maintenance.
  • Support implementation and continuous development of OT/IT Infrastructure security.
  • Conduct technical analysis of business needs, in collaboration with different stakeholders, to identify the best solutions.
  • Identify risks and security improvement areas from architectures and configurations, and propose practical improvements, including configuration-level examples.
  • Assist stakeholders with various OT/IT technologies as needed.

 

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

  • Knowledge of OT/IT security technologies from a variety of manufacturers.
  • Ability to adapt to security frameworks and requirements, such as the NIS Directive and industry standards like IEC 62443 and NIST800-82.
  • Understanding of network and communication protocols common in OT/ICS environments.
  • Understanding of OT/ICS design considerations, with an emphasis on human safety and the availability/security of the operating environment.
  • Knowledge of leading IT/cloud and OT convergence security practices.
  • Familiarity with standard security operating processes and procedures.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Security-related certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience level expected for this position is 5+ years, but we can also be flexible about this.
