Development Manager, Supply Chain

We are looking for a Development Manager, Supply Chain with a main responsibility in leading different development projects aiming at process excellence and efficiency in logistics and transportation area. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.  

Your role and responsibilities 

As a Development Manager, Supply Chain your work will include actively managing multiple development projects related to data, digitalisation, sustainability, process creation and continuous improvement. You’ll be working as a part of an energetic Supply Planning and Development team with diverse expertise.

Requirements for the position:

· Several years (minimum 3-5yrs) of experience in logistics and transportation management

· Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering or equivalent

· Proven track record in leading development projects successfully

· Experience of logistics emission reporting

· Minimum 2 years of experience in using SAP

· Fluent user of PowerBI, SharePoint and Salesforce based platforms

· Understanding of data products, governance and platforms

· Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English
