E&A Sales Manager

We are looking for an E&A Sales Manager to be on the front line, working with our customers to develop E&A business in Africa.

Preferred Location: Vaasa, Paris, Marseille, Mulhouse, Dakar, Douala

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling Electrical and Automation upgrades and developing E&A business in Africa. The focus is mainly on engine and plant automation upgrades of existing power plant. Sales Manager is also the key contact for all electrical and automation related sales opportunities identified by the local network companies in the assigned area. 

Other responsibilities:

- Pro-actively managing the sales opportunities and deliver the project sales targets

- Exploring new business opportunities, aligning the customer needs and available technical solutions

- Participating in sales meetings and negotiations together with Area sales.

-  Provide commercial and technical support to E&A related opportunities in the Area

- Prepare sales calculations and proposals

Requirements/Desired Skills

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical and Automation engineering

- Interest to develop the business, take ownership and make things happen

- Good technical capabilities combined with customer services mind-set and team-player

- Good understanding of the service business, market and customers

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and proven track-record in working with matrix and multicultural organization

- Fluent written and spoken English, solid presentation and communication skills.
