You will steer several cross-functional teams, spanning service activation (on-site and remote), infrastructure, and support, toward a shared vision of zero-click activation and lifecycle support. Owning the cost-to-serve, you will partner with our Marine and Energy business functions to drive relentless continuous improvement, lowering costs while continually raising service levels.
You will sit on the DPD management team and work closely with senior leaders across Wärtsilä to influence strategy, standards and investment.

- Proven track record in driving successful continuous improvement with flow thinking, automation initiatives and operational cost reduction
- Demonstrated expertise in agile practices, organizational change management, and transitioning responsibilities towards integrated, autonomous teams
- Strategic thinker with the capability to manage complex transitions, align stakeholders, and communicate clear long-term visions
