Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely together with STH plant personnel as well as Project engineers.
Location:
The location for the position is Smart Technology Hub, Vaasa.
What will you be doing:
- Support plant crew in developing and maintaining of Wärtsilä equipment register as well as maintenance procedures
- Develop and maintain up-to-date manuals and asset register
- Develop the SAP and SAP Fiori environment as SAP Key user
- Develop integrations for Plant software SAP/SAP Fiori/M-Files/Sokopro/Polarion
- Develop and maintain in cooperation with Plant organization spare parts need and storage
- Secure the operations in the STH facility from a maintenance perspective
- Develop maintenance reports for both internal use and relevant authorities as well as audits
- Participate in different projects to ensure that equipment and maintenance documentation are handled within the project
- Checking technical documentation from equipment suppliers for internal and external purposes
- Safeguards that work under their own responsibility area are executed according to requirements, specifications, instructions, and policies
- During the operation you teach operators how to use software and make needed user manuals for plant operators
- Manage own activities according to requirements together with external vendors and internal team members
- Continuous dialog with STH testing and validation plant crew
- Contribute to developing the plant's ability to support system and engine testing now and in the future
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering
- Self-propelling active personality
- Good collaboration and change management skills
- Excellent command of English and Finnish or Swedish
- ATEX and process knowledge is seen as an advantage
- SAP knowledge is seen as an advantage

We are looking for professionals experienced in the field of plant maintenance and/or different fuel infrastructure building. You will be part of the ramp-up of operations in the new facilities, coordinating and managing maintenance documentation/procedures.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you are expected to work independently and in teams in cooperation with several stakeholders both internal and external. You are expected to have good communication and coordination skills. You will have a hands-on understanding of how maintenance procedures and are able to support other disciplines with expertise.
