Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a maintenance manager who is responsible for maintenance. The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work. 
  
Your role and responsibilities:
 
As a Maintenance Manager, your work will include planning, executing, and documenting maintenance activities in collaboration with other parts of the organisation.
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of an energetic T&V, Plant & Cell team with diverse expertise.
 
Requirements for the position: 

 

  • You work as the lead of the maintenance team.
  • You function as the responsible person for conducting the needed maintenance of the process installations of the T&V facilities.
  • You co-ordinate the planning, execution and document maintenance activities in co-operation with other parts of the organisation
  • Identifying critical components and securing spare parts and needed maintenance including third-party inspections
  • Safeguard that work under own responsibility area is executed according to requirements, specifications, instructions and policies in both existing installations and new installations in T&V facilities
  • You participate in the creation and upkeep of plant maintenance plans and device & spare part registers in the SAP system.
  • This Job requires good knowledge of plant maintenance and maintenance needs

 
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: 
 

  • Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
  • Have several years of experience in relevant field
  • Self-propelling active personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be proactive and have cost awareness and effectiveness skills
  • Finnish and English language skills are required, and Swedish skill is considered as an advantage
