We are looking for an energetic manager to join our fast-paced and Field Services exciting 4S expert team for operative development of FS tools and related processes. We are seeking a Manager, Tools and Process Integration for our Global Field Services expert team in Vaasa, Finland. 

 

Responsibilities:
• FS Mobility system integration to Tools management system  
• Development of Field Services tools according to GFS needs in cooperation with applicable stakeholders 
• Participation to GFS tool related partnership, innovation activities and digital intelligent communication 
• An ownership of GFS tools processes; 
       - Maintenance plans, calibration guidelines and scrapping processes 
       - FS Tools logistics guidelines 
       - FS Tools Rental processes

 

 Requirements:
- B.sc, M.sc in engineering
- Strategic thinking and visionary
- Experience in the development of related processes would be an advantage
- Show excitement and energy in work and transfers it to others
- Sense of urgency and be a serviceable person
- Problem solver mindset
- Systematic and organized approach to work
- Good command of English and Finnish, both written and oral; command of Swedish is an advantage
- Good with digital and new tools
- Relationship building and team player approach with good communication 
- Attention to details and awareness of how they fit into the bigger business picture
