We are looking for a Mobilisation Expert Connectivity with a main responsibility in interacting with internal and external customers, suppliers, and our Field Services to sure the remote sites or vessels get connected and can benefit of our digital product. The location for this position is Vaasa. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Mobilisation Expert Connectivity your work will include

Perform On-Site Activation jobs in a time, cost efficient and quality manner

Interact with Activation team to secure efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing
-
Report KPI and measurable also for continuous improvement
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of On-Site Activation team with diverse expertise.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Promptly reply and support our customers: time and quality are king
- Proven knowledge about IT networking and customer management

Learn and contribute to team improvement

Take ownership of the jobs you are coordinating: you are responsible for those
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

College education within electrical engineering or automation or +5 years work experience in a relevant field (project management alike)

Availability to work under stress and be all time available to our customers and stakeholders

Proactivity and customer orientation

Fluent English speaking and writing
