We are looking for a Production Planner, Technical with a main responsibility in maintaining manufacturing processes for Delivery Centre, Sustainable Technology Hub. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.
  

 

Your role and responsibilities  

 

As a Production Planner, Technical your work will include to maintain Template Bill of Process (TBOP) and validating Product Bill of Processes. The work will include strong co-operation with different stakeholders, like Design for Manufacturing, Production, Purchasing and Quality. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You will be working as a part of master data team with diverse expertise of manufacturing experts from different competence areas and we offer interesting tasks and possibility to participate in production development and to develop yourself. 

 

 

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Assembly process planning with Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) software 
  • Co-operation with production and Design for Manufacturing team and maintain the Template Bill of Process
  • Participate in various development projects and continues improvement related to Teamcenter processes and functionality  
  • Understand and maintain factory master data in SAP together with the team

 

 

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

 

  • Suitable education (e.g., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering) 
  • Previous experience in 4-stroke engines and understanding of technical drawings
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Production processes 
  • Previous knowledge with Teamcenter and SAP 
  • Know-how in LEAN principles, assembly methods, tools & equipment 
  • Systematic and organized way of working and problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication and team working skills 
  • Language skills: English and Finnish, other languages are seen as an advantage.
