Production Planner

Delivery Centre STH's (Smart Technology Hub) operations are based on teamwork, product and process development, and orchestration to ensure customer needs are met. To ensure the orchestration and project management of customer orders, as well as the development of SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, costs) and world-class capacity planning principles, we are now looking for a position Production Planner to lead the planning operations in DC-STH. 
 
Position information:


This permanent position is in Vaasa, Finland. Other locations cannot be considered. 
 

Your main responsibilities in this role are:

 

  • Plan and collect needed information, schedule critical milestones and capacity needs for the manufacturing operations 
  • Execute planned manufacturing schedules in the operations with project teams and assembly teams
  • Plan and create models for the production planning principles 
  • Lead and implement planning principles and models with delivery teams and in close cooperation with other stakeholders to reach the customer project schedule targets
  • Collect feedback and keep lessons learned loop on-going with teams to secure continuous development
  • Develop planning operations with tools like LEAN, Demand Driven and Agile ways of working
  • Build project production planning development operations in the DC-STH 
  • Manage key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Act as delivery project engineer as a flexible resource in the DC-STH organisation

  • Strong track record in planning operations and manufacturing ways of working
  • Strong understanding of the planned STH environment and orchestration
  • Good background of LEAN, Demand Driven and Agile principles 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do attitude and networking skills
  • Ability to create clarity on direction and make visual plans and models for implementation
