Project Execution Planner

We are now looking for a Project Execution Planner to strengthen the Testing&Validation (T&V) Test Services team in projects developing future systems and infrastructure for our test platforms. 

 

Location: The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland and the office location is in Vaskiluoto in our fresh new premises in Sustainable Technology Hub.

 

Responsibilities in the role

  • Create and maintain project master schedules
  • Have ownership of the time schedule and propose actions to reach successful project outcome and deadlines
  • Ensure sufficient and high-quality communication between stakeholders 
  • Ensure that objectives and targets of the project are followed 
  • Report project progress vs. plan
  • Contribute in appropriate forums within Marine Power Supply R&D and Engineering organization 
  • Ensure that safety is in focus in all activities 

 

Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you are a person with both feet on the ground and have the passion to contribute to a decarbonized future. You have the energy to overcome obstacles and find out alternative solutions. 

 

The following skills, attitudes and background are beneficial:

  • Experience of project planning and execution in practise 
  • Proficient MS Project skills 
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and work in a co-operative way under pressure
  • Ability to delegate and prioritize
  • Proactive and self-going with a doer’s attitude
  • SAP skills is seen as an advantage 
  • Good English, Finnish and/or Swedish skills
