Delivery Centre STH's operations are based on teamwork, staff and team development and orchestration to ensure customer needs are met. In order to ensure the orchestration and project management of customer orders, as well as the development of project management and SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, costs) principles, we are now looking for a position Project Manager to lead the customer orders from order to delivery in DC-STH operations consisting continuous development of a way of working.
 
Position information:

 

This position is permanent and the location of the position is in Vaasa, Finland.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

 

  • Lead and managed manufacturing delivery projects from order to delivery in the Delivery Centre Sustainable Technology Hub DC-STH
  • Being as superior to own delivery project team
  • Plan, collect the needed information and schedule critical milestones of your manufacturing projects
  • Execute and implement your manufacturing projects with your own team, nominated assembly team and needed stakeholders
  • Collect feedback and keep the lessons learned loop on-going in order to reach the maximum continuous improvement process
  • Ensure capacity and competence in the delivery project team and close cooperation with needed parties in development, planning, logistics, purchasing, and design
  • Manage key stakeholders internally and externally

 

You will shine in this role when you have:
 

  • Strong track record in project management and manufacturing principles
  • Strong understanding of the STH environment, manufacturing system (SAP, Execution system, Quality system) and orchestration skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
  • Project management and networking skills
  • Ability to create clarity on direction and make-it-happen perspective
