We are looking for a Quality Administrator with a main responsibility in traceability topics. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
  
Your role and responsibilities:
 
As a Quality Administrator your work will include documentation management, monitoring the UII data deliveries, active traceability data challenges reporting, main focus on resolving traceability-related deviations and active grip for continuous improvement is an important part of a daily job.
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of the DC STH QHSE Centralized Quality team with diverse expertise.
 
Requirements for the position: 

 

  • Wärtsilä traceability process knowledge
  • Competence in SAP including QM module
  • Documentation management knowledge

 

Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: 
 

  • Good written and speaking English 
  • Good communication skills and ability to cooperate 
  • A work approach aimed at continuous improvement
