Marine Global Business Support Centre (GBSC) is looking for a Sales Data Controller to join the agile Project Creation team. 

GBSC is a global competence and expertise center for FICO activities in project business within Marine Power. The main functions are project creation, taxation, trade finance, invoicing and export, project control, monthly closing activities, and reporting. GBSC is responsible for ensuring high-class quality in optimized processes and usage of tools. GBSC is providing these services to various legal companies. 

As a Sales Data Controller, You are responsible for creating customer delivery projects into SAP globally. We are looking for an eager and productive doer with a spontaneous attitude and good problem-solving skills to whom we provide a versatile position with good global insight into Wärtsilä Marine Business. 

Position information:

The position is located in Vaasa, Finland.

Requirements:

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Business Economics
• Experience in SAP (especially PS and SD modules)
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2010 and newer
• A good understanding of Marine Project Business is seen as a benefit
• Good ability to utilize common office software
• Good command in English, both written and spoken 
• Ability to work both independently and in the team
• Flexibility, cooperation skills and willingness to learn and grow
• 1-3 years working experience

Responsibilities:

• Creation of Marine customer delivery projects in SAP based on input from Sales
• Transfer of delivery scope and cost plans to SAP
• Creation of external and internal sales orders according to the contractual payment terms
• Maintenance and coordination of various project-related master data i.e. equipment, customers, installation and product materials
• Ensuring accurate data quality in Marine customer delivery projects for execution and order intake reporting purposes
• Developing a way of working within own responsibility area
