We are looking for a Solution Manager, GBS (Global Business Services) with a main responsibility in you will be responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay application, ensuring its seamless performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa or Helsinki but also Navi Mumbai are negotiable. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.
Your role and responsibilities:
As a Solution Manager, GBS you will ensure that Source to Pay application related IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs and expectations of users and stakeholders. You will work closely with various IT teams, business stakeholders, manage service performance, and ensure continuous improvement in IT service delivery. You’ll be working as a part of a dynamic and collaborative Service Integration and Management team in with diverse expertise in Information Management.
Requirements for the position:
- Lead the management and optimization of the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay application, ensuring its efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Drive IT enhancements, leveraging industry best practices to improve workflow automation and process efficiencies
- Ensure IT performance by fostering collaboration, implementing best practices, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key IT performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to enhance the ServiceNow capabilities within the organization
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- 5+ years implementing the GBS processes and solutions with deep expertise of ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts, knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skill
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion to understand and fulfil customer needs
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in computer science, systems engineering, economics, data science or other related field of study
